Activities

Gozo is a small island with a long and rich history, a unique landscape and a special natural heritage, which provides many wonderful opportunities for walking. We can provide you with routes for different walks ranging from a 50km coastal walk to short walks ranging from 7km to 13km, one of which starts here in Gharb and passes our front door.

Walks combine limestone and earthen paths, rural tracks, minor roads and coastal promenade. Public buses can be used to reach and return from many points along the route, while cafes and toilets are never too far away.

Malta and Gozo are regarded as some of the greatest diving locations in the world, a paradise for both wreck and scenic diving enthusiasts. The majority of the dive sites can be accessed from the shore whilst some of the more distant wreck sites can only be accessed by boat.

Diving

As divers ourselves we can provide details on dive sites and recommend dive centres depending upon your particular requirements and experience/training.

We are also a very good base for the dive sites on Gozo, being handily placed for the Blue Hole and Inland sea sites in particular, but then you can get to any part of the island in less than 20 minutes so whether you prefer scenic dives, wreck dives or a mix of both, Gozo is an excellent base.

Horse Riding

Stables specialize in horseback riding and carriage tours in Gozo. Both beginners and experienced riders are welcome to join on one of the rides in Gozo with plenty of beautiful scenery. Rides last for one or two hours, taking you through the beautiful valleys and passages of Gozo, and include interaction with the horses afterwards.
